Origin

Finca Irlanda is the oldest biodynamic farm in all of Latin America and is considered a pioneer. The beautiful farm in the Chiapas Mountains is run by 3+4 generations.

On the Irlanda there is also a larger protected area for animals, where they can retreat. In addition, throughout the plantation, strong attention is paid to mixed culture and the preservation of old plant species.

Throughout the plantation there are different varieties of coffee and the Geisha is one of them. The Henauer company has been working very closely with Irlanda for a long time and is also heavily involved in the "new" processing and selection procedures. This Geisha is a natural, cold anaerobic fermented coffee and is made especially for Henauer Kaffee.
